Bubble Tea is certainly not a new trend or a new drink invention! The drink was first crafted in the early 1980’s in Taiwan, and today there are thousands of places in Asia and around the world that serve bubble tea. In fact, Bubble tea has been around in the United Kingdom since the 1990’s being served in various restaurant offerings and has been popular for many years.
Our drink bases are made with freshly brewed organic tea, with a choice of freshly cooked tapioca or other pearls. Every drink is hand crafted and entirely customisable with organic plant based milk options with your choice on sweetness levels – this is the very essence of Bubble tea mixology.
The nature of the drink is that of an occasional treat, but unlike other offerings you can customise each drink exactly to your preference. We offer light versions for our drinks with organic soya & organic oat milk, as well as half scoop or no-scoop options of tapioca/ pearls which are all part our efforts to increase customer choices.
