The Retailer Awards are an initiative organised by The Trafford Centre to acknowledge and honour retailers located within the centre who consistently demonstrate excellence in customer service, product quality and innovation. The awards are a way to highlight the best practices in the retail industry and recognise the hard work and dedication of retailers in providing a memorable shopping experience for their customers. The awards ceremony is held annually, and categories include Best Fashion Retailer, Best Food and Beverage Retailer, and of course, Kiosk of the Year.
